No. You export a CSV from your own account — we show you exactly where to click, it takes about two minutes — and email it to us. We never see your login.
What does it cost?
Your first sample digest is free. After that, Studio Answers is $49 per month per location, cancel anytime. One retained member typically covers it.
What happens to my data?
Your export is used only to build your digest. It is never shared, sold, or used to train anything, and we delete it on request.
How fast do I get the sample digest?
Within 48 hours of sending your CSV — usually faster.
I'm not on Mindbody — can I still use it?
